STONE’S THROW FARMHOUSE
BORDEN, WA
Stone's Throw Farmhouse is a mid-century styled, casual and comfy 1970's farmhouse set amongst bushland, quite literally a 'stone's throw' from the farming town of Borden. Only a 25 minute drive to Bluff Knoll, this warm and cosy 4-bedroom house is the perfect base to retreat home to after a busy day exploring. We have taken great delight in re-discovering, re-using and re-purposing furniture and wares to decorate this house. Along with a few dents and dings, we hope you’ll also find a sense of history and of things having had a life well lived.
Please note Stone’s Throw Farmhouse is NOT at the same location as Yardup Cottage & Shearers Quarters.
Please note that, as of 2026, Stone’s Throw Farmhouse is currently unavailable, as it is being used to accommodate farm staff.

Ashe Street
CLONAKILTY, WEST CORK, IRELAND
This 200 year old (very narrow) street house is smack bang in the middle of Clonakilty, a friendly seaside town in the heart of West Cork in the South of Ireland.
Lovingly renovated and decorated in a simple style with an industrial feel, with vintage finds from around the world.
“I would give Ellen’s home six stars if I could... the house itself is gorgeous ... beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches. It felt luxurious with gorgeous linens and local arts and crafts. I also loved reading about the history of the house and seeing the renovation story. ”
